Since implementation of the revised Trademark Law in May 2014, the Chinese trade mark authorities and judicial system have published various implementing interpretations and guidelines. During the visit of Tim Moss, Chief Executive of the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO), we have invited leading officials and judges from the UK and China to discuss the current hot topics in the trade marks fields. IP Salons are informal events. There will be no formal presentations, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and interact with the panellists. Come along and join the fun! This event will be jointly held by the British Embassy Beijing, State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC) and the Beijing Intellectual Property Institute (BIPI). The eventis free of charge. To register please complete the form below and send to the email address provided.
